If you receive an item damaged or different from what you ordered. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will not entertain exchange requests without a proper unboxing video, or if the video does not clearly demonstrate the issue, even if it is a major damage. The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Failure to do so may result in the request being declined.
We would be delighted to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size, but postage charges are applicable. We do not guarantee the availability of all sizes and colors on exchanges.
